“We received our delicious smelling and tasting coffee promptly in appropriate packaging. There a nice touches including an info card about the farmer and his/her location, and the date when your coffee was roasted and packaged all adding to the experience. The coffee was matched to our taste and definitely didn’t disappoint. We will be ordering more!”

“Really good coffee! I had the house coffee and it was a lot nicer than my usual one from supermarket. Quick delivery, free filter cup was a bonus and have been using when in a rush as it’s really simple.”

“I'm really enjoying the taste of my espresso brew. I'd like a bit more clarity on whether the filters and packs are recyclable. Also, towards the end of my packet the seal stopped working which was a little disappointing.”

“Very nice coffee, good to have it delivered every now and then so I have a constant supply! I find the plan page a little confusing, would be good to have a simpler process somehow, or use an app. Other than that, very good! Love my V60”

“I am so so happy to have my subscription - the coffee is incredible and still tastes amazing after a few weeks, and I trust Pact to pay the farmers fairly for their efforts. I've taken the coffee into work and have introduced colleagues to the brand - hopefully they'll get subscriptions too!”
