“Great customer service!! I ordered 50 postal tubes but was disappointed to find out that some of them had been damaged in transit. I contacted customer support and they apologised, immediately dispatching new postal tubes to me. I also mentioned I was in quite a hurry to get my packages sent out so they gave me express delivery and I received my new tubes in no time! I was very pleased with how professionally and swiftly the situation was handled :)”

“Quick and easy service. Their prices are also reasonable compared to other places I saw online especially with crazy soaring prices with Covid 19. Packaging chimps prices and quality is fab. Very happy with my purchases of cake boards, boxes and cupcake boxes. Will recommend to my friends and family and can’t wait to order again :)”
