The support I recieve is amazing, and honestly makes such a difference. Personal training online can seem daunting but Linda has made it super exciting. I can\u2019t wait for my next workouts now and am also loving their Fit Food Diet meals. They are absolutely packed with flavour and keep me going no problem. It honestly doesn\u2019t feel like I am on any sort of diet as the workouts are great and really focus on my problem areas, and the food tastes so great! I have been doing it now for just over a month and have lost a stone and a half and lost inches! I am able to now workout at home around my three little ones with ease rather than getting stressed about finding childcare so I can get to the gym. Honestly I can\u2019t recommend P4 Bespoke Training enough, and I\u2019m not even finished on my journey! "
