“Paid quite a bit for what is essentially just 350mg of magnesium oxide with a fancy name. They do help with bowel movement but you need to take 3-4 at least. Too expensive for regular usage.”

Hi Pauline. We try to ship the goods in the most economical way possible for you, the customer. We could of course use more eco-friendly packaging, but this would result in the delivery costs being higher, and the product price increasing to cover this cost. It takes quite a lot of paper/cardboard to pack glass goods to be break-proof. We have to minimise the chances of the product being damaged, and air packaging has been the most successful way of us delivering the items safely. Obviously sending out replacements for broken or damaged products has a bigger environmental footprint than the air packaging, so we try hard to make sure you get the goods you want first time. We do however keep re-looking at this, and if something that is more suitable and eco friendly comes to the market, we will of course choose this as an alternative. Thanks

“Since the first day my order was shipped it was impossible to track it so I did'nt know when my order will be delivery. The shipping took about 15 day (UK-Italy) and I'm really disappointed becouse Oxyhealth didn't informed me I had to pay un extra-charge of 15 euro (paid chash on the delivery). I hope the product are better than the service.”

Hi Annunziata, all our purchases, no matter whether Uk or International are sent via a tracked service, so there is no reason why you could not track your item. Unfortunately since Brexit, International orders are subject to your own border control and duty/taxes. We are actively looking at providing an all-inclusive service for shipping abraod, so hopefully this will not be an issue in future.

“More than satisfied with the actual product which was, initially, out of stock, but I was advised within a matter of days that it had become available. However, I emailed Oxyhealth to tell them that I was unable to open a link telling me that I had accumulated a certain number of points, amounting to £3, off my next purchase. I had no response, hence my ‘acceptable’ in this review.”

“Leider kann ich keine Bewertung abgeben, da das B12 bisher noch nicht angekommen ist. Ich hoffe noch immer, dass dieses bald geschieht. Oxyhealt kann dafür nichts, laut der Tracking Nr. kam es im Deutschland an und ist unterwegs irgendwo stecken geblieben. 😏”

“Satisfied with your service and prompt delivery. Only the package was really not OK - a tiny layer of plastic, surrounding the products, purchased. One of them got almost lost because of the hole in the package 5 for your service, 1 for the package”

Hi Susan, the Oxypowder ingredients have not changed, and are the same as they have been for the last 10 years? Also, there is no 'original'. Both the US version and the EU/UK version are the same. If you need any further info, please email or call us and I can explain more in detail. Thanks
