“Has to return an item as adverse health information came up after buying it. I didn't like my interaction with customer service. I found it unprofessional. The returns process is lumpy and has unnecessary complications to it. I also think as the full information went available on the site I am upset at the loss of money for the initial postage and then aging to pay for the return. If not informed correctly, why should I pay again. I thought new legislation had dropped this constant cost. Bring back being able to buy rings in the shop. Online has just made life expensive and full of unnecessary packaging and constant vehicles. None of this is environmentally friendly.. Most of what I buy is returned as I can't evaluate a product properly online. It's so boring”

“I am always disappointed that my supplements from Oxyhealth - all natural etc - come stuffed inside a massive plastic sleeve. There are other more environmentally friendly and ethical ways to securely wrap glass bottles, other suppliers do it. Oxyhealth needs to up its game in this department. Can't wait!”

“Item's just so expensive, far too much than what it gives. Not so effective. The money I paid for this item is just not worth it, at all, by any means. I've been taking the capsules for over a week now, and no results, at all.”

“I contact with support team many times, they didn't answer me once. Delivery was fast but the container was unsealed , with no cotton.inside. All of this makes me wonder wether the bottle has all the pills or they are the original ones. How long the container was open ago? Because enzymes lose their activiy once the seal is broken as time goes by. I'm not sure if this time was an unfortunate mistake and bought it another one to know if containers are usually manipulated or they sent me an old returned product from another customer.”

“probably my fault but my order never arrived, the post office said the address was imcomplete...as yet I have heard nothing about correcting the address issue or getting a refund”

“can't say as have not got the product. I will get it in June when I visit the UK, it is with family there. Do you have any evidence that the product actually works? I'd like to see what you have on that question please. If I buy the product again, I would like to have cheaper shipping, preferably from a supplier in Ireland?”
