Unfortunately, I had a dissapointing experiene. The sales team is a has not been helpful - rather rude - with locating my parcel that was returned to an error in the address. They wanted to charge me for re deliver to receive the items over a week later, in the meantime I ordered and received the products without any issue from another provider. Then I explained I no longer needed the products and they encorced to keep a restocking fee and not refund the full amount of the transuction! This is unethical and such a rip off! I will never bother ordering ever from here again!

Customer entered address incorrectly on an order that was dispatched using our free delivery service. We advised we would require a re-delivery fee to resend their items once we received them back, so they decide to shop elsewhere. When items are returned and no longer required due to customer error, we have to charge a restocking fee to recoup the pick, pack, ship and restocking fees for the order.

Ordered on 27th December and still haven’t received the order and we’re now on 22nd January. I emailed to enquire but haven’t had a response. Money has been taken yet the product has been delivered.

The oxypowder made me throw up, so not at all happy with this product, nor am I happy that I still have not received a response from the company when I requested a refund.

Hi Maryna, Unfortunately, Royal Mail let us down on your order and managed to lose the item. We did, however, refund you in full as requested when the item became lost. We hope to welcome you back to our store soon!

These capsules were a disaster for both my wife and me. One dose made my wife itch all over and she could not sleep. One dose for me caused sever vasodilation followed by intense migraine. It is not an experience we care to repeat.

You confirmed that yourself and your wife used 1 capsule each, and both had adverse reactions, which is very unusual for this very popular product and may be indicative of you both having had an allergic reaction to the magnesium. I spent a lot of money and never received the goods and also don’t know where they are. I will never order again from the UK post-Brexit. It was very disappointing.

Hi Hannes, we only found out about this due to you leaving this review, and 7 months after we sent the item, without any contact from you in regards to non-delivery. We have explained we will try to make investigations into this shipment, but all tracking is deleted after 6 months so this is a difficult task after such a long time. I only wish you had contacted us sooner.

Why dont you only send this when the products arrive??? I havent received anything and its not possible to track the package with the tracking number you emailed.

I received a message to tell me that your product had been delivered but it has still not arrived. Royal Mail did the delivery Ibthink but certainly did not give the parcel to me, as I was out all day. There was no message posted through my door. I am disappointed as the product was ordered to help with a medical issue and it was quite expensive. I have not been able to contact anyone about this non delivery .

Hi Josie, your item is showing as being delivered by Royal Mail Tracked 24. We have no record of any email, phone call or contact from you, so not sure why you have not been able to contact us of this before leaving a negative review. Your local sorting office can provide GPS proof where the item was scanned, as well as interview the post officer that day. If you are still missing the item, please get in touch so we can raise an investigation and get this sorted.

I bought this spray under the description of mint and eucalyptus. I was very excited to use it, but soon was left disappointed. As the taste of cloves has a very powerful taste. I contacted customer services to solve this, alas no one has answered my email. The item arrived quickly, but the product and service is not good.
