“I ordered petite Holland Cooper jeans, however when they arrived they were not petite and I had to return. Overall cost me delivery charges because clothing was not correctly labelled.”

“Worst experience buying to date. I received my new jacket which I got at a sale price, when I tried it on there were dog poo bags in the pocket (unused to save confusion). The wrist cuffs had creases up the arms and were on the smallest press stud adjustment. I sent a message and the were not to bad but did say it’s never been anywhere other than the factory. I beg to differ. I sent the item back knowing I would loose out on the great deal as none were left in stock. When I received my refund I had been charged and not refunded for my postage. Now I’m sorry how on earth is it my fault when I have received an item that has clearly been worn at some point with dog poo bags in the pocket and I pay the postage. When I raised this they refused to refund the £4 postage because it’s never been sold which must automatically mean I am a liar. What great customer service which is a shame as I have bought there previously. I have now purchased from elsewhere and no issues. I will be claiming this back civilly as it’s the principle not the amount.”

“Beware of Oxygen Clothing Company I recently purchased a pair of Barber shoes online from Oxygen Clothing Company, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Upon receiving the shoes, I discovered that they were sent in two different sizes. When I contacted their customer service, they instructed me to send the shoes back for an exchange, which I promptly did. However, after returning the shoes, I received a shocking response. The company claimed that the shoes were “excessively worn” and refused to provide either a refund or an exchange. This is clearly a dirty old trick to avoid honoring their promises. Their behavior is extremely dodgy and unprofessional. To make matters worse, when I called their customer service and mentioned that I was recording the call for my records, they hung up on me. They also refused to conduct any further communications on record, which only reinforces how shady their operations are. I strongly advise against purchasing from Oxygen Clothing Company. If you do decide to take the risk, make sure to document every interaction and be prepared for potential issues. Avoid this company at all costs – their practices are deceptive, and their customer service is appalling.”
