“I met a lot of people with most of I still keep in touch. I also learned a lot of new things from the course i followed but I became more independent and responsible as far as timetables, deadlines and my own safety (while we were in town) are concerned.”

“My son enjoyed himself and made lots of new friends from around the world even within the short time together. The content from the tutor and meeting the hero was something my son thought was very good and memorable. His strongest impression was the actual opportunity to talk to real patients about their medical situations and handle himself in such a situation. He came back having a mature attitude to some very serious and sensitive medical conditions. The staff of OSA were excellent and he had nothing but praise for them. The social programs he enjoyed.”

Thanks for this lovely review. It's great to hear that your son enjoyed his time with us and that he found our Young Doctor's Academy to be valuable. The hospital trip where the students meet real-life patients is always a real highlight for us as well as the students so i'm really pleased your son found it an enlightening experience.

“I attended Oxford Scholasticas Young Doctors Academy in the summer of 2017. I generally enjoyed the experience as it gave me an opportunity to meet people form around the world and exchange experience. The program was good enough, I especially like the challenge since I know that I would never have a chance to speak to the real patinets otherwise. However I do think that the program is more suitable for younger people who are not used to travel alone. Since I have visited quite a few countries alone, I felt that, at certain moments, there was too much supervision.”

“It was truly an eye-opening experience as I had an opportunity to get taught by an Oxford student. It was not only the learning experience but the community of students that were brought to Oxford Scholastica Academy that made it even more enjoyable. Yet the only reason why I had chosen to give a 4-star rating is the lack of study time. I completely understand that our teachers may have limited time on their hands but the main reason that I have chosen to go to Oxford Scholastica Academy was for the high education. Even then 2 hours of studying didn't feel that accomplishing to myself. But in conclusion, it was a generally great experience to prepare for my future, study my passion, and meet some of the greatest people I ever meet in my life.”

“Oxford Scholastica was a great program for my daughters during the summer of 2017. They were able to get hands on experience in the medical field and they also enjoyed the in depth lectures that were given at Oxford.”

“Everybody always had a positive vibe that mainly came from the instructors. Classes were always different and enjoyable. Activities and freedom on what to do during lunch also made it exceptional”

“it was pretty fun. My young doctors class was really good. There were some times where i did feel lonely though. i would have felt much better if there was more interaction between the two accommodations and overall, just more social activities. it was definitely a summer i will never forget, and i learnt a lot about both medicine and myself. i enjoyed meeting so many new people and learning what their lives are like. i definitely left Oxford as a different individual. i am now way more outgoing, proud of my culture, and more confident in my beliefs and opinions.”

“Such a good program providing a one-of-a-kind exposure to youngsters about to take a call on their walk of life. It definitely helps them confirm that the direction they are taking is, to a great extent, what they really aspire to. Plus, lots of fun and relationships building with people from all around the world. The Scholastica team is just so friendly and attentionate. Worth every penny, zero hesitation. Go ahead!”

“It was truly an exciting and learning experience for my daughter. It helped her to discover the passion of being a doctor and chose medicine as her career. Various assignments , activities and exposure to real patients, during this course, helped her in recognizing her own strengths and at the same time find ways to work upon her areas for development. Most importantly she made good friends which are always there to help her in different tasks of life e.g when she had to prepare for an interview in a medical college, she asked her Scholastica friends if anyone can give any suggestion regarding interviews. To my surprise all of them came up with so many suggestions and it really helped her out. Today she is in a medical college and I am happy that I enrolled her in Oxford Scholastica Summer Course.”
