“This experience was amazing! The lessons weren’t boring at all as the teachers made the course interesting for us. Additionally, the activities such as punting, the walk in town and soap science were a fun way to spend our evenings and get to know each other better. Last but not least, the staff/counselors were friendly and welcoming which is really important! Overall, it will be unforgettable and I hope to get the opportunity to come next summer as well.”

“Can anyone really have a bad experience at ORA? Nope . It's not possible . I enjoyed my time with Oxford Royale Academy this summer and it proved to be the best summer of my life. Not only because you have socially interactive activities which have increased my confidence levels , but also a nice education system which helped me in my own aspect. And I have gotten an insight of how university life is like. I wanted to explore Cambridge life and I got what I was searching for. Your staff was brilliant especially I loved Emma ( P.S I forgot to say him goodbye. If you can say goodbye from by side , it would be greatly appreciated). “I was at Clare college for two weeks in the English course. It was amazing, academic but also fun with super teachers, I met many wonderful and open minded person that I will never forget. I strongly recommend this experience.”

“Spending my summer at Oxford Royale Academy was an amazing decision. Not only did I learn so much about medicine (my chosen course), I enjoyed meeting people from all over the world and visiting the cities of Oxford and Bristol. I felt right at home immediately, and really loved the positive atmosphere at Yarnton Manor. The activities we were offered each night were inclusive and fun and I quickly felt comfortable and made friends.”

“ORA is an incredible summer school where students will learn how to be autonome and have fun at the same time. Going to ORA is an amazing experience and I would recommend it at 100%. You learn new things and you make friendships that last forever. The staff is adorable and really heartwarming💕 I had a tremendous time over there and I would go back any time♥️”

“Absolutely loved the Oxford Royale Academy experience! A truly spectacular program that combines education learning and fun social activities. “I have no words to describe the my journey through those 2 weeks.At first i was very nervous and did not know whether my decision of staying thousands of miles away from my home was right or not but alas it was worth it.I had lots of fun during this time, it was an exceptional experience .I made a lots of friends, the counselors were always there for us.We had a lot of fun on the excursions and while visiting the town. To sum it up,I had a lots of fun even you should try it .....”

“Oxford Royale Academy is a great opportunity for children to come out of their nutshell and look beyond their comfort zone and get a taste of real life. Here in Oxford Royale Academy, the environment built by the staff members and counsellors is enriching in itself . Moreover , the course and academic approach here is a great way for the children to know their capabilities and interests. The accommodation also is great , it gives a taste of the British culture while following the modern day academic approach.Oxford Royale Academy is highly recommended to kids between 13-18 for. a better understanding of their subjects .”

“I had so many inhibitions before coming here-whether I would be able to live alone, make friends etc. However the counsellors were so helpful and kind and made my stay all the more enjoyable. I loved my stay here and have absolutely no regrets over my choice of subjects, coming here etc. Most of all, I miss the 2 weeks so much now that I want to return back for another 2 . It felt like home❤️❤️”

“I was really surprised that I got the opportunity to go to ORA.I did the New Perspectives (Math, Chemistry & Physics and Public speaking) course in July -August 2018. It was a great experience that opened my horizons. Thanks to the Oxford Royal Academy for the scholarship. I had never been to the United Kingdom before, so the whole trip from start to end was a challenge and testing experience especially because it was the first time I was away from home independently attending to myself. I felt it boosted my confidence as opened my eyes in so many ways. When the friendly staff greeted me, I immediately felt I was home. I started noticing that I was not the only one far far away from home at the campus. When I saw students from various ethnic and cultural backgrounds hanging around there, awestruck by the monumental buildings with huge smiles on their faces, some over joyed, I was assured that I would be fine. In the Chapel, I realized that over the two weeks I would be befriending most of them and eventually became very close to some of them with whom I still keep contact even to date. The rooms – well totally different from what I was used to live in, were quite nice, and having a roommate added to the great experience I had in Oxford. As I was in grade 8, having just turned 13, felt that I was a bit young for the course because I found some of the material a bit challenging especially in math since the syllabus was for grade 9ers. The only reason I got through with A Grade in math could only be attributed to the support I had from my friends and teachers. The activities were amazing especially the scavenger hunt, punting and the trip to London were memorable. I think the two things that got me down were the flu and the cold weather. The coldest it gets in Maldives, where I live is 24°C but the warmest in Oxford was 22°C. I returned home to find that I had taken a leap in my ability to comprehend what was taught in class and felt that I was a step ahead of my friends at studies. The whole trip was an unforgettable experience and I would gladly love to do it again. Overall this was the best experience of my life and I would definitely recommend it for other students.”

“Everything is beyond amazing, from the teachers, to the people you meet! You bond with people from all over the globe, and make so many new friends that you will miss them when you leave! The teachers are really experts at what they teach and they want you to have fun and learn a lot at the same time. Honestly, I really want to go back!!”
