“I recently purchased the Thule Landmark 70L Backpacking bag online from OutdoorGB, and not only am I impressed with the bag itself, but the customer service was outstanding. They quickly informed me that the color I ordered was unavailable and offered me a different color at no extra cost, which was a seamless and thoughtful solution. As for the Thule Landmark 70L, it’s a fantastic backpacking bag. I love how it opens wide like a suitcase, making packing and accessing my items incredibly easy. The hidden compartments are a great touch for added security, and overall, the design and functionality have really impressed me. I Highly recommen!”

“Outdoor GB provided excellent service in supplying a quality branded rucksack which my son will use for school. At this stage I cannot comment on the item itself but I would not hesitate to use Outdoor GB in the future as I am extremely confident that the intial service would reflect any future service supplying goods of this nature.”

“Very poor service. Took a week to post my item which was wrong and then told me I was wrong even though they were given photographic proof. To add insult to injury they have the audacity to deduct the cost of returning the item to get a refund. Found the same item cheaper elsewhere.”

“I haven't used my sleeping bag liner yet but I've been asked to leave a review. It's a Snugpak, like my sleeping bag which I purchased a few years ago from Outdoor GB and which has served me well. My liner was very reasonably priced and arrived very quickly. As the colder nights arrive I'm sure I'll get the chance to use it to make my summer sleeping bag a little warmer.”

“Excellent service from outdoor GB. Found exactly what I wanted on their website and ordering was straightforward. Kept informed about delivery and was very pleased to receive my sandals from Royal Mail on time and undamaged (unlike some couriers). I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.
