“Delivery was within the 5 to 12 working days quoted on my invoice b - still a 2 week wait. But it was worth it for the price saving. I'm a little surprised at the timescale, can only think it's the supply chain for the particular garment. Pleased with the parka, just right for what I wanted and warm. As advised, I bought a size smaller than usual and it was still a roomy fit. Hope it proves robustly made and really waterproof too.”

“I ordered the Berghaus Mens Breccan Insulated Waterproof Parka[Colour:Dusk/Navy Blazer][Size:XL] The sizing was more like a XXL, far too big, would have been better ordering the parka in large. I decided the parka wasn’t for me after all and sent it back. The customer service was exceptional and have been refunded. I’d most definitely buy from 0utdoorGB again. 👍👍👍”

“From the start of the order. It was made reasonably easy to order. Secondly. I was always updated regarding the process on the order and when I paid for it. When it’s going to be delivered to me with dates and time etc. and when I received it, it was in perfect condition and all the details were totally correct. That’s why I rang you on delivery to pass on the fact that you have a telephone number to contact and your customer service is very good.”
