“Excellent experience. Everything from the purchase to delivery was great. I got a standard delivery in checkout, but my jacket arrive the next working day! It was areally nice surprise and really useful during the few cold days we had last week :). I would definitely recommend OutdoorGB to my freinds and family.”

“Web site was easy to use, and easy to select the size/colour of what I wanted. Price was best I found. Payment was straight forward. Information on delivery times was good, and was updated. Only issue I had was a delivery date for Monday, then previous Sunday morning an early update said Amazon were delivering that morning. Was still in bed saw message after delivery took place. Was left fairly securely but would have ensured I was up if I had the update the evening before. Overall very happy with process, and the item is good quality and what I wanted.”

“I purchased the Thule compression cubes as a gift for my partner. The ordering process was easy and quick and parcel arrived very quickly and safely Although I haven’t used the cubes they look perfect for packing when we go away in the campervan. They seem to be a strong material and zips, you can see what’s inside without opening and they are a nice colour in grey Would recommend shopping with OutdoorGB and Thule packing cubes!”

“Disappointed with the cost as told by jack wolfskin direct that it was waterproof so much do I could shower innit but clearly on water resistance which is a shame . I have decided to keep the coat as the warmth element and length is good. Delivery was very slow which was disappointing had to email to find out how much longer it was going to take . Overall website and customer service was very good .”

“I will never use this company again. The delivery had been tampered with and gloves were missing. More than a week later they are still ‘investigating’ but I’m still short an item and over £20 weeks t my own money. Very poor service.”
