“I ordered a size 10 in this Erica parker, but it was a bit too neat. I returned it, but as yet I have not received my replacement in a size 12. Up until now, i would have said that rhe service was excellent. The size 10 was exactly as ordered. The communication to help me return it was also good. I will update this review when i have received my replacement.”

“Good service from outdoor GB but the Robens Klondike tent I ordered has instructions that says it comes with both pin pegs and v shaped pegs. In fact I only got pin pegs and I was three short! I would have thought a couple of spares would have been included ideally but I didn’t even have enough for all my guy lines. Not sure if this is a Robens issue or an Outdoor GB issue?”

“I purchased Scarpa Cyrus Gtx walking boots from you last week and am very pleased with them having already done two 10k walks. The boots are extremely comfortable and are certainly waterproof. I can recommend them to others particularly with the current price offered by OutdoorGB.”
