“I found what I wanted and products are great! However, delivery was a real issue and has put me off shopping again. I ended up staying in all day as amazon delivery information kept changing. Also my email regarding delivery said Royal Mail were delivering which I would have been happy with. Such a shame!”

“This is the wordy shopping experience Iv had. The staff were ignoring my wife, didn’t want to help her, cut her short when asking questions and damn right rude. We would have spent in access of over £500 but I went elsewhere and treated with respect and dignity”

“I have been very impressed by Outdoor GB. My order was delivered promptly, safely, and the price was very competitive. Delivery charges were modest. The Regatta muck boots I bought are of very good quality and the lining is great. The chunky sole should give a good grip.”

“Hehe funny shopping experience. I was looking for a running tight, i googled it and found here the cheapest with delivery. It was a 48h tracked royal mail parcel, however hed a day delay but when it arrived I realised it was dispatched from a 10 minute walking distance warehouse but my tights went in every possible royal mail hubs. I had a good laugh after it.”

“Ordered my shoes delivery on web says next day once payment went through had to wait nearly 10 days rang customer services 3 times just got fobbed off no emails to tell me when they were getting dispatched got an email 2 days before when boots arrived never again will order from here keep away false advertising”

“Online is not my normal way of buying clothes, but the colour of jacket I wanted was on sale here cheaper than anywhere else , so I took a gamble and it paid off , sizing was true,jacket was perfect and postage was fast, will use again.”

“Extremely prompt shipping - went out the day I ordered, even though I paid only for vanilla delivery. Collapsing the two sibling military-style and sporty sites into one just simplifies things. Oh, and great value.”

“The shopping was good. Four stars. You get 5 because the after sales service was excellent. Royal Mail failed to deliver despite sending me emails saying 1 when it would be 2 That it had been and 3 asking me to review their service. Despite giving the nil points and explaining why it still haven’t heard anything from them. I reported this to your company who looked into it immediately. I have nothing but praise for those involved. As it happens the parcel was delivered the next day but simply left on the doorstep with no attempt to even knock on the door! Both my wife and were in the next room with two dogs who would have barked. Your only mistake was to use Royal Mail!”

“So pleased with my boots, The leather is soft and supple. The insoles perfect for my Morton's Neuroma. The width perfect the whole boot is very light. Fantastic, so pleased I've found a Company with very stylist comfortable shoes and boots.”

“Great selection of clothes, website is easy to navigate. My only negative is that as a customer who has put in an order that you are not kept up to date if an item is awaited from a supplier and therefore your delivery is delayed outside of the timescale given when you put in an order. However, when I did enquire for an update I did receive a prompt reply.”
