“I ordered a couple of jackets from OutdoorGB. The staff were extremely helpful and quick to reply to emails and chat. I needed to return the first order, ordering a different item. My return shipping cost was covered by OutdoorGB. Unfortunately I couldn't decide which alternative product to keep, so subsequently returned the second order. I paid for the shipping costs as i didn’t order anything as a replacement. This is as per the company policy on their website. I feel the overall ordering experience was really good, and the items are dispatched quickly. Communication is excellent. You definitely couldn’t ask for more. 5/5”
