“Good price on the item. One point knocked off for their choice of courier who left an expensive sleeping bag on the doorstep without knocking. Their photo 'evidence' was of the front door and not of the actual item. However no complaints with Outdoor GB themselves.”

“Was a bit nervous about my purchase as I hadn't heard of Outdoor GB before. My order arrived really quickly, I returned for a different size, replacement also arrived quickly and being able to exchange rather than return and reorder was great. I had to return the 2nd item as one size too big and the other too small. 2nd return also went smoothly and I received my refund promptly. I had to contact them by phone which was answered quickly, not stuck in a queue and the person was really helpful. One of the best online shopping experiences I've had. Brilliant service from start to finish. Will definitely use them again.”

“Exchange required as new walking boots didn't fit. Quick response and return postage issued. New boots ordered and arrived promptly. Refund processed on return and issued. Never usually like returning items but this was stress free experience.”
