“Ease of ordering and selection, and quick delivery. But what I do like, is the stages of stock they have, so it let's you know and still order if they are out of stock, but when it will come in, so they have a good pipeline it seems to me. I have used the site a lot before, but it's interesting how the brands change, but is a very good shop. Thank you”

“I ordered a pair of Berghaus men’s hiking boots in a size 10.5 only to find them a little snug. So sent them back with a note stating I would like an exchange for a size 11 Not only that the price was well below any other supplier but also the customer service was excellent and the exchange went through without any problems.
