“Bought a lovely pair of boots for the winter from Outdoor GB. They look the same as my last pair only these are a different brand name. What made my experience great? I was looking for another pair of boots and this style is popular and sold out in my size. I decided to Google search for some Boots and found this pair from ODGB for under £40 and in my size. Why great? These boots are currently trading at upto £70 a pair so I got very lucky on the day, more so because now Outdoor GB are currently sold out. Keep it up and may shop again”

“A good pair of shoes at a decent price, despatched quickly. Only negative is that I paid for express delivery and the courier delayed things, but I don't blame the supplier.”

“Customer service was exceptional. I needed to exchange shoes for another size. The colour I wanted was not available in that size but the sales assistant informed me of my other options. They sent me the returns lable and the form and step by step instructions on how to post the original shoes back (which I didn't need but I can appreciate the extra care and attention to detail). The new shoes were sent out promptly and communication was forthcoming and clear. Jersey and Polina were so helpful.”
