“My daughter ordered my new jacket for me and I paid for next day delivery. When I checked the order I noticed she had made an error with my delivery address. I immediately called the company and a helpful young woman searched for my order, amended it straight away and the coat was dispatched soon after. It arrived the next day and is perfect. I was impressed by the company and its delivery system, particularly as I live in the Scottish countryside, between towns, and deliveries are often delayed or lost. By ordering from the company I got the coat I wanted in a colour that isn’t available in the shops near me and the price was good. I would definitely order from the company again.”

“Ordered a jacket that arrived quickly. Unfortunately it was too big for me so contacted them about an exchange, and I received a response within 30 minutes with full return details including a pre paid return label so an exchange can be done. Excellent customer service so far”

“As I ordered something which was not in stock I was informed that it would be despatched within 10 working days and it arrived well within that deadline. Having received a notification from Outdoor GB that a label had been created, a little over 12 hours later my item arrived safely. Very pleased with the item and the service received.”
