“Prompt delivery, well packaged goods. Regular updates from point of order. I decided to return my item due to the fit not suiting me. Refund was processed quickly and a return label (not postage paid) was provided quickly. A great experience from the retailer (despite not keeping the item).”

“Appeared to be the best prices for the products I bought and the delivery was very quick even considering that I live in a remote area of Scotland (with none of the "hidden" delivery charges). Hence 5 stars. I will use them again.”

“I ordered the Hogg's Kincraig body warmer but found it too large and had to size down. The return policy of Outdoor GB is very fair indeed resulting in my purchasing this high quality item. Delivery of this item was on both occasions rather slow, but I had no problem with that. The body warmer was worth waiting for. I have plenty of jackets but, based on this purchase, am thinking of buying the Kincraig jacket.”

“Royal Mail made a complete mess of the delivery, losing the contents and delivering only the outer wrapper! OutdoorGB took the matter up with Royal Mail to gain compensation and immediately sent a replacement of the original order which arrived quickly and undamaged. Scores: Royal Mail 0; OutdoorGB 10!”
