“Was I formed we would have delivery for Christmas but Christmas Eve was told our item wasn't coming till after the 29th December. Very disappointing :-(”

“After problems with the carrier, on emailing yourselves it was resolved in time for Christmas, so a big thankyou to Outdoor toys. APC the couriers you use were not the best though.”

“Customer service was extremely polite and excellent! The order arrived sooner than we hoped. The product quality was great, the rebo beat the wall swing set vertex was a Christmas Day surprise for the children and they absolutely loved it. It wasn’t easy to build, took my husband a full day. Often this is to be expected with these things, but we also had 5 bolts missing. Fortunately we were able to use some we already had. There were no holes pre drilled so unless you have all the tools and the skills to hand this could have been a real challenge! Perhaps this should be made clear when ordering. Overall really satisfied with experience of buying from outdoor toys.”

“A bit tricky to put together and took a bit of time. You definitely need a drill as you are required to drill holes, Looks great though and our little boy loves it”
