“All in all its a good bit of equipment, but there were missing bits and the bolts that hold the slide in place were too short so I had to go out and buy some.”

“Took about 3 attempts to deliver the right items and were unhelpful and rude on the phone. Expecting the customer to measure every piece of wood to find the missing one isnt good customer service. Make a note of what you ship in each box so you know what pieces are missing if you forget to deliver one of the boxes. I havent got time to be measuring 50+ bits of wood to solve a problem you created.”

“Amazing service. Friendly driver Jamie dead on time. The slide and swing arrived 4 days after placing the order. Estimated delivery had been between 7 & 14 days. Will definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend. Karen B”

“Play tower was reasonably straight forward to assemble. End result is amazing and looks like it will last a long time as it is structurally sound and rigid. My son will love playing on it. Suggested improvement is to confirm a delivery date to ensure recipient is home to accept delivery.”

“Very good service and great quality product. My partner put it together on his own no problem and it’s proved great so far. It seems very sturdy and we’ve had no issue with several children on it! Arrived much quicker than expected too!”

“Very sturdy swing & climbing frame, bit of a pain to put together as no holes are pre-drilled so that’s 60 holes just for the climbing frame alone you have to drill & countersink! You’ve been warned! Having said that I’d still buy it as it’s a solid kit - although you’ll have to get your own ground anchors as none were in the box”

“I ordered a 2 swing play area which my girls love! The delivery was quick and I was provided with a time slot which is a huge help. On building the play area I noticed we was missing a swing. I contacted outdoor toys and one was with us a few days later. Customer service was great! The only downfall I have is the wait times when trying to contact outdoor toys. I rang a few days before delivery, to see when my item would be coming. I was in a queue for 30 minutes, got to number 2 and was cut off. The wait times on the phones is on the only reason I haven’t provided 5 stars. Thankyou”
