“Product and delivery excellent. Swing with toddler seat and plain seat ordered and delivered in same week. Although product was a little expensive it was well built and looks good in the garden environment. It is a great success with a one year old.”

“Delivery as advised however packaging was damaged. The bag containing screws burst, screws all over box, luckily none were missing. Looking at the very detailed instructions, I feel it would be more beneficial if the pieces were pre-drilled and marked in some way, making assembly a bit easier”

“We ordered the swing and climbing frame combination and it was delivered in 5 packages. Unfortunately problems do happen and actually one of the packages was wrong and was in fact a sandpit lid. The way in which the company dealt with the issue and replaced with the correct parts as a priority was first class and even though the wrong parts were delivered initially I would not hesitate in using this company again or recommending them. 5 star for quality and 10 star for customer service. Thank you.”

“My grandchildren are so happy with this swing set, despite it being January they want to be out on it all the time even refusing to come in for dinner! It is well made and I feel it will last for a long time. My son and his friend were able to put it together without any problems so overall very pleased.”
