“Exceptional customer service”

“I was very disappointed with the communication from Outdoor Toys. No updates on our delivery and no way of tracking. On attempting to call I was on hold for over 1 hour, tried at different times and no answer. The phone lines are clearly unmanned. I sent an email which has responded to the next day with minimal details, causing more questions than answers. No apology for the delays with the telephone lines. Very poor however have marked up as the equipment is great. Hopefully service will be rectified for future customers.”

“Brilliant service and I’ve finally had good enough weather to build the play area - it’s amazing! Only slight issue is that the instructions could maybe tell you what order to build each part in? I appreciate that the systems are modular, but it took a bit of figuring out. However, great product and great service, definitely recommend.”

“Our delivery driver Seth was brilliant, arrived within the time slot and helped me get the items into the back garden. Items themselves seem well made, I've now got an excited 5 year old who can't wait to play on her new swingset - I just need to build it now!”

“Seth our delivery driver was very polite and on time, customer service sent me an email with the tracking which was easy to follow as well as having a text message to confirm it was arriving today and when we were next to be delivered. Is a nice sturdy piece of kit for our kids to have years of fun with, clear instructions and made out of quality wood, brackets are solid and swing brackets too!”

“Ordered a rebo climbing frame with slide/swings and climbing wall. Excellent quality, delivered on time. Only complaint is that we did follow the instructions but actually would have been easier to do some tasks in slightly different order (eg much easier to install climbing rocks before attaching wood slats to the frame) Kids already love it and think it will last them a number of years”
