“Great comms when contacted for order update. Was told item still on track to be delivered on 26 March from ordering 8 March. Item unexpectedly arrived on 22 March. Nice surprise but makes me wonder if it was ready to go sooner and my contacting the company prompted an earlier dispatch. But of a coincidence, but I'm not complaining. Excellent CS when contacted. Product looks pretty solid (due for an Easter construction) and all parts seem to be present. Even came with 2 drill bits which was a very welcomed touch. More companies could learn much from Outdoors Toys.”

“Rebo Wooden Swing Set plus Deck & Slide - Halley Green Good quality materials, easy to build. We treated the wood ourselves. However, the handrails at the top of the deck / slide need to be higher for safety reasons. Vertical ladder of deck is obstructed by corner pole of swing set and is a challenge to use anyway. A ladder which slopes is necessary. Room for improvement.”

“My son is very happy with the 'jump'. I was looking for more substantial padding over the springs and a better fit and perhaps with the safety net being on the jump side of the springs so that they are completely secure and safe, in other words my child's feet could still slip under the pads and get caught in the springs. Instructions are ok but could be clearer. I built it up a little at a time over several days. However I am happy with the purchase, the overall quality, the jump mat is of good quality, net and support structures are all good. I think it will be a win for the summer. Thank you”

“This is now my second purchase from Outdoor Toys as the quality of the goods were 5*. During my second order, I had a problem with my order - my fault, and after emailing, this was amended immediately. Customer service was excellent, fast delivery which you were informed with at all stages and quality of goods are long lasting, well worth the price. Would definitely recommend.”
