“We had an issue with a ride-on car that we bought from Outdoor Toys. Although we were technically not covered by the warranty, they were very helpful and sent me a new part FOC. Good customer service and would happily recommend them.”

“I placed the order for a lt50a quad and within 7 working days (northern ireland) the quad had arrived fully built and good to go would highly recommend and will be ordering from here in the future its a pity there isn't more stars to be given.”

“Very happy with my purchase. Went for a 10ft slide and double swing frame. Took 2 of us to put it together and took us around 4 to 5 hours. Had afew hiccups on way as none of the materials were numbered which would have helped as other companies do that with flat pack furniture so helps alot. That aside.. couldn't fault the frame. My kids love it. Unfortunately one of the netted Swings came damaged and a free replacement seat was sent out to me within 3 days!! Fantastic customer service from outdoor toys. Would highly recommend and will definately come back if needed anything more. Have also recommended to friends and family”

This review is written before delivery of the swing set - we just made the order today, but if it is as good as it looks, and as good as the customer service running up to the order, it will be excellent and we shall be delighted! We have had prompt, friendly advice from a real person. Great.”

“Purchased a Rebo 8ft trampoline about 2 years ago. Still going strong, really pleased with the quality. My son did break a part and I managed to speak with customer services to get a replacement. Great service and they were happy to help.”
