“My grandson had a collision incident with his Range Rover Sport with his brother and a tree... with a bit of reversing the result was a broken wing mirror. Replacement was found at the Outdoor Toys warehouse which I bought and was with me a couple of days later. Always good to have follow up customer service for the "realities of life"!!”

“Product very good and strong. Took us a lot longer than 2 hours to put up but worth it in the end. The baby swing arrived with a big crack in it but I emailed with the problem and somebody replied straight away and arranged for a replacement to be sent out which arrived in a few days, good customer service. Recommend this product and company.”

“I am extremely happy with you as a company as a whole from the ordering, to the delivery and to the actual item itself. The delivery was faster than what I expected and the packaging was fantastic. The ride on car that we ordered was beyond our expectations and looked brilliant and was very easy to build up. We can't wait for Christmas so my son can enjoy riding it and going for a cruise!”

“A lovely outdoor swing , easy to construct, adaptable as children grow and looks pleasing in the garden setting. Swift delivery in current times appreciated. More expensive than others on the market, but well worth the money, due to its adaptability giving longevity . Would recommend”

“Car is in great detail and like in picture. Just annoyed at the delivery company as they had left it sitting at my front door for anyone to take as pictures on box and my son who it is for was with me and if wasn't for me being quick he would have seen the pictures and a birthday present would have been ruined.”

“One of the slats came broken so I had to use a smaller piece from the steps to make-shift the bottom section and the slides bolts are too small on the slide through to the back so I had to B&Q it to finish the job.... overall a good product but hassle to fix the bolt issue.... 8/10”
