Although I had an issue with my order (some fixings were missing), the after sales customer service I received was excellent. I emailed to advise of the issues & Becky came back to me with a number of options to put this right. She was very apologetic, explained that this is something that doesn’t normally happen & was keen to make sure I was satisfied with how they resolved my issues.

i ordered a slide/swing combination it quoted 5 day delivery on site, two weeks later i had one delivery of some of the parts, then another delivery, with more parts, packing list or build instructions, the main part being the slide has still not arrived, i have emailed the company 3 times with no reply, i have now emailed their returns department but don't hold out much hope, this company is absolutely shocking it amounts to theft, they take your money then don't send the goods!

Absolutely appalling service i ordered my daughters birthday present on 15/04/2024 delivery said 6-7 working days so left me plenty of time for any mishaps that do occasionally happen ( birthday is 26th ) . 3 days passed and i still hadnt had an email update, so i emailed, the next day i called for 22 mins no answer and emailed then the following day ( 2 days until birthday ) i re called and finally got through. I was told they had lots of orders and only 12 people on their team.. sorry, but not my problem at all. The rude and useless women on the phone informed me that the climbing frame will not arrive with me until Monday/Tuesday. My daughters birthday is Friday. The item in question is STILL showing online as 6-7 business day delivery. She did un willingly offer me a refund, which is no good as that will take 2-5 days to go back on my card so i am no better off. She showed no compassion what so ever didn’t offer any compensation, she wasn’t even very apologetic. Would avoid this company like the plague. We are not talking a small order value either, £395 and now due to out door toys having ‘ a small team ‘ my daughter has no main birthday present to wake up to. Shocking customer service and don’t stick to their delivery dates stated will never use again and advise anyone with a brain cell not to either

I would warn anyone thinking of buying goods from this company don't! I ordered a gift for my Grandsons birthday and it never arrived. I have to contact the company to find out where is was 2 weeks after ordering it only to be told that it had been damaged in transit (which i don't believe). When would they have contacted me?

An unusual mess. This was a set of 4 items, totalling 1300 GBP. (kids climbing frame+roof+firemans pole+mat) Staff were kind, friendly and professional. but 50% of what was ordered was entirely missing, with a couple of structural beams cracked. Because of the late delivery, I was in the position where I had a screaming 6 year old wanting her monkey bars; and I have some skill with woodwork. (It was also a long weekend) So I manufactured the missing peices myself. A manager promised to call me, (set a time and everything) .... never did. Eventually filed a section 75 via my credit card company. I have no idea what went wrong, but ... still fighting this company on this one. (Well I say fighting, they have not updated me over 2 weeks at this point, the only offer of refund or other was 187 GBP - around 15% ish of the what it cost.) I just want to add on this review, I said the staff was good - they was; except the manager at the end and the insane wait times it was all smooth; so I am reviewing on work experience. Also. the refund still has not happened. No one has even actually asked me to this point exacly what is missing or broken.

Ordered a £700 play structure on 9th April and ahve received 2 holding emails saying that they are working on my order. I've waited on customer service for over half hour a few times and still haven't been able to speak to anyone and sent an email and received an automatic reply stating basically saying don't send another otehrwise email goes to back of queue. At this after reading all these review I just want my money back and cancel - wish I read these reviews before. I will be also commenting on their social media as well. Most frustrating is hearing their automated service while on hold saying how good their service and quick & on time their delivery is. Would never order from them again.

On no account use this company. They are inadequate in every way - goods only partly delivered and then impossible to get hold of. When eventually they respond to e mails, it is to say that repeated e mails will send you to the back of what I imagine to be a very long queue. Do not be tempted, they are clearly fraudulent....have reported to Tradings Standards.

The customer service from this company is appalling. They didn't send me what I'd ordered and I have subsequently sent through emails chasing-up what I'd ordered and should have received. These have gone unanswered. Phone calls also go unanswered. I think this company is best avoided. JP

Terrible company - ordered a swing set with lookout tower, took over 4 weeks and 4 different deliveries to finally receive the full order, this was only achieved through constant phone calls and emails. Customer service try to be helpful but suggests they're being let down by warehouse/shipping. Quality of items is okay, few splits to larger beams and some panels needed the rough edges taken off. Instructions easy enough to follow.

Purchased a boat swing just over 2 years ago. Thing has completely rotten and falling apart despite being stored indoors once summer ends each year. Sent evidence to their email address, 10 days later still no response. Tried to call twice and gave up after waiting half an hour for them to pick up the phone. Just seen all the other recent 1-star reviews and I think the this company has either gone under or started scamming people. Do not buy from here.

placed an order for a 5x5 child playhouse, apparently it was in stock and could be delivered within 5 days. a month later after numerous attempts to call them with no reply and email to complaints department comes back with unknown address I contacted my credit card company and got my money back. trading standards should put this company out of business, scammers.

We placed an order a month ago, things then went quiet and we never received any updates. After three weeks we asked what the status of the order was and when it would be dispatched, we were told that there were hold ups but it would be dispatched soon. Another week past and nothing happened, this time we asked for a refund and we were told this would be processed. It's been another week, no refund, no responses to emails and no one ever answers the phone. Be aware, this feels like some kind of fraudulent set up. Next step is to contact American Express to have the changes cancelled.

I purchased a swing & slide set online on the 1st of April with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 days. its now 17 days since the purchase and only a small part of the order has arrived in 2 shipments, this has caused to me to be away from work twice and cancel the fitter twice. I emailed the seller and tried calling the phone line but no respond!!! I would not recommend buying from this seller due to being unreliable and not responsive.

Absolutely awful company Don’t answer phone full stop Tried a dozen times given up at the hour mark Still Misssing swing parts Already had 2 botched deliveries No resolution in sight Stay away this company is horrendous Having to go and buy parts as I can’t deal with the stress of this company

Hi Very disappointed I bought one off the toys for 847£ it come after more then 15 days. I’ve sent about 2-3 emails no answers back . When I have started to assembly I realised the for the bolts no washers no nuts I had to buy all off them . A lot off fixings screws was missing I had to buy them my self . For that money I’ve expected a bit more care and a bit more attention to the customers. 👍

Ordered a swing for my daughters birthday in April . States 7-14 days delivery so ordered 2 weeks before her birthday to ensure it would be here. 1 month later, still no swing. We had no contact informing them there would be a delay and when the swing eventually arrived, it was missing the top part which you attached the swing to... They had just sent the sides and the seat. We contacted them and after waiting for over an hour to get through, we were informed that we would receive the rest of the swing by the end of the week. Surprise surprise, nothing. Been on hold AGAIN for over an hour and claiming it'll be another week. Waste of time.

Only part of the swing turned up, outdoor toys are uncontactable and now we have to get the bank involved to retrieve payment and trading standards to investigate them, please avoid

I work full time so didn’t manage to phone until 4:50. Phone answered and recorded message said they would get me to the right place / person (or thereabouts) repeat message until 5:10. I finally give up and ring back straight away - phones all switched to gone home! I hope the other reviews are incorrect and this turns out to be a good company. Incorrect pack sent so doesn’t go with set, hoping it’s a quick fix.

Absolutely shocking company, I ordered a double swing set nearly 3 weeks ago. Absolutely no communication what so ever about delivery. We’ve had part of the fame turned up damaged and one swing! Several emails later and hours on hold with zero response I am now trying to claim my money back through my bank. I have put in a complaint to trading standards. AVOID this company they are con artists!
