“I messed up with Outdoor Toys, and they helped me massivly. I gave the wrong postcode, and the driver tried to deliver a gift to my tiny granddaughter in the wrong part of the country. They spotted the error. Contacted me. The swing is now swinging in the garden. Thank you.”

“I cant speak highly enough regarding Outdoor Toys. I ordered a Pink Mercedes ride-on car as a Xmas present for our granddaughters. The car, although packaged extremely well was damaged in transit by a third party delivery driver. After a couple of phone calls and an email, Outdoor Toys went above and beyond to organise a replacement car and still managed to get the replacement car delivered before Xmas. The granddaughters were overwhelmed with their gift, extremely well made and put together Mercedes, the envy of many. I would happily give them a five-star rating, fantastic customer service.”

“Fantastic outdoor swings and slides. Bought a wooden framed swing for my child’s first birthday last year, bought the add on slide for second birthday, fantastic quality and reasonable prices. Would recommend to anyone who’s looking for a long lasting product.”

“Excellent purchase! Delivered within 2 days of ordering and instructions were easy to follow. Fully assembled the climbing frame over a couple of days and the kids absolutely love it. Well packaged and product arrived on a pellet. Overall a very happy customer.”

“I ordered my daughter the pink range Rover. Delivery was very fast and customer service was great with a really quick response to sort my problem out straight away. So happy with my product my daughter absolutely loves it! I highly recommend this company and I would definitely order from them again!”
