“Product is great but the delivery was frustrating. I got no emails to say when it might be delivered, I wasn't able to track it myself and when it did arrive the box and wood was sodden, not just wet from a bit of rain, literally soaked as if it had been stored outside in the rain. Very disappointed in this part of the service. It would be better to get more detailed delivery info to ensure people are in. Luckily I have good neighbours who were in to receive the parcel for me. The product itself is great though.”

“Following communication with customer service my request has been reconsidered and they have sent me replacement parts to fix the problems. Parts were delivered by special delivery 🚚 and I am truly grateful for the gesture. The car is fixed.”

“Ordered a swing with the pink accessories, ordered on a Friday and it arrived on the following Wednesday. Tracking was available. The quality of the wood is brilliant, no big slits or cracks and smooth. It went together super easy took about an hour on my own. You will need to drill some pilot holes for the cross bars and the swing brackets. Just so that you can screw in the bolts easier. It’s very sturdy and I also got the anchor bars to put in the grass. It’s an absolute great quality item and I’d highly recommend it to anyone. My 5 year old loved it.”
