“Took nearly 4 weeks to come had to chase up but no one answers calls.. its cane broken and now no one answering emails so waste of £300”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered a swing set, did not receive, sent an email requesting information, received an automated reply then nothing. Tried to call in a recorded loop for 9 minutes and 40 seconds line dropped off. Called again and sat in a loop for 15 minutes 3 seconds then line dropped off. Sent another email same automated reply. Went through my credit card company to get a refund, still waiting.”

“Not a great experience swingset arrived the day before our Grandaughters party with missing parts, delivery drivers comments ooh this happens everytime we don't pick them all up from the depo, we'll I think you may have ti think about changing your delivery company. When we assembled the swingset 2 metal parts had splits in them I contacted you over 2 weeks ago no response , rather shocking experience.”

“Don't to moaning normally ,but feel i have to tell somebody on how difficult it is to contact this company (Good job they have Internet otherwise they wouldn't get any business over the Phone) we purchased Rebo Wooden Swing (Which is £300 plus) on April 21st 24,it suggests 5-6 days delivery ,had a note after 7 days suggesting that the swing was going to be dispatched and it would arrive soon, nothing arrived so rang up on 8th may for update, took me 31 mins to get through, lady very pleasant and apologies and said that there had been an issue with this order and she would put it top priority and the date suggested was week starting 13th May, we had a delivery on the 14th May with just the swings but no wooden support frame ,I rang up again this time on hold for 36 mins ,again a very pleasant lady apologies and stating that its their delivery firm which is causing the problem and on many occasions split the load up so they don't know when items should arrive, I am hoping that when i do receive the full items that there is no issues as I dread to think if i need to contact somebody what will happen then, if you want to check story of events check my order No OT39339”

“Absolutely dreadful company. I ordered a product, not the most expensive £69.99, it has never arrived and I can't talk to anyone. Email says it might take over 3 weeks to get an answer, didn't happen. Tried on several occasions to call and ask why I hadn't received the product that was paid for and allegedly despatched on March 8th...today 14th May. Called both numbers on the website for over an hour each...no reply. I doubt this company actually exists anymore so what ever you do DON'T order anything or you will get a very sad and unhappy Granddaughter.”

“Ordered an 'in-stock' item at the end April for my daughters birthday. Needless to say it has not arrived despite assurances that it would, nor has it even dispatched. Emails are not responded to, the phone is not answered. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They have had my money for 3+ weeks and there has been no change to the order since I placed it. I will be instigating a charge back imminently.”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! No one answers the phone, it takes them over 1 week to reply to any email, I placed an order on the 11th April I was told 3 weeks later that they would ship this first thing monday for delivery that week. 2 weeks later I then receive another email from someone else telling me the item is now out of stock!!”

“Ordered on 24th April for a birthday present on 6th May. Still not arrived and it is impossible to get through to a customer service representative by phone or email. I am so sorry to have made the mistake of using this company. Really disappointed. They have let themselves down if their reputation was previously as good as it suggests here. It is so simple just to answer the phone and explain what has gone wrong. Please sort it out Outdoor Toys!!”

“Ordered 20th April. Spoke with someone on the 3rd May as I had not heard anything and it had been 10 standard working days. She informed me it would be delivered 10th May. I said I needed it for the Friday as it was for my daughters birthday. I was informed it would be here. Rang today 8th May as we still hadn't had a dispatch email to be told it wouldn't be here until the following week. This will now be after my daughters birthday so her present will now be ruined.”

“I ordered Rebo Wooden Garden Double Swing Sets - Luna. During the order process the estimated delivery time was 7-10 business days. It's been 6 business days since the order and I haven't received any confirmation if the order is being processed or any updates on estimated delivery date or time. I've emailed customer service (info at outdoortoys com), no reply. I called customer service (tel:01691 888924), was on hold for 30 minutes, no answer. The communication has been non-existent. I'm now wondering if I've been swindled out of £156.99 and I'll never get the swing set or my money back. I'd like the customer service to respond to my queries, and if the product is not available anymore, I'd like a refund.”

“Part missing on delivery, so emailed to ask for a replacement...10 days ago!!!!! I have now been on hold for 15 minutes with no sign of answering...rather than tell me there is a queue, the constant sales message trying to get me to buy more. Once I have the replacement part, I won't be using again - not happy.”

“STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED I placed an order for a double swing set for my daughter’s birthday on 20th April. It wasn’t delivered in time for her birthday and when it was delivered several parts were missing. It is now the 3rd May and we are still awaiting the missing parts despite a phone call everyday of the week and promises that they items will be expressed to us. Waiting in excess of 20-30 mins each time to speak to someone. This company is a total and utter shambles. I wish we had made our purchase elsewhere as this is a joke. 4 days after my daughters birthday and we still cannot build her present due to this S*** company and their total lack of compassion. Bank holiday weekend and she cannot play on her swing set. I would strongly suggest that you make your purchase elsewhere.”

“WARNING: Do not order from this company unless you are willing to wait around a month for your order. When ordering my item I was told 7 working days, we are now well over that period. Communication back through email has been extremely slow and vague regarding the arrival of my items. Managed to get through to customer service after a very long wait on the phone to be told there's nothing they can do and I'll have to wait longer. We are now on 3 weeks going onto a month wait for this item. This item was a present for my daughter's birthday - as a centre piece for her garden party, which it now won't arrive in time for. What a disappointment. Be warned. 7 day delivery is a lie.”

“No Service at all. No reply to various emails and no one answering the phones. We bought a swing that arrived to a work address (after trying and failing to change it) in 4 different deliveries one of which had the seat poles just sticking outside a hole in the box and had clearly been sent like this. The main cross beam has splits in it. The circular swing seat looks like it was returned by someone else as won't fit together and it was scratched. I will have to try to fix it myself. If I had paid by credit card I would have reported it and claimed the money back by sadly didn't. I am only posting this as I would hate for someone to buy a larger more expensive item and not get it. They are cheaper than their competitors but there is always a reason for this. Hopeless. Avoid this company they will upset you and your children !”

“Non-existent customer service and even worse delivery service. Ordered a slide 3 weeks ago and still heard nothing. As the majority of other reviews say, I’ve had no replies to emails and almost impossible to get through to anyone on the phone. Looks like this gift will miss my daughter’s birthday. If you are to use this company, order MONTHS before you require your product and you might strike lucky.”
