“I was kept updated about my purchase delivery timescale and received a despatch notification just hours after placing my order. When I called to confirm my delivery time slot, the gentleman on the end of the phone line had all my details ready just on the basis of recognising my phone number! Excellent service and great feedback from their customer service department.”

“Think my grandson will love this when he sees it on xmas day, very quick delivery, ordered Sunday evening and received first thing Tuesday morning, wasn't expecting quite so soon. The delivery driver also lifted into my hall for me, for which I was grateful, I stood back, I would never have been able to lift it.”

“Received Defender Jeep only a few days after placing order. It’s a Xmas present so have not fully tested it yet. But it looks wonderful and was very easy to assemble. I’m sure my grandson will be thrilled with it. Very happy with it”

“This is my second order from outdoor toys and I’ve no complaints with regards to delivery time or service. My daughters pink Range Rover purchased three years ago is still working, my son now plays with it. We decided to purchase our son his own electric ride on for Christmas, I can’t comment on quality as it’s stored away until Christmas. I’m hoping his electric train will be the same quality as the Range Rover previously purchased and our kids will have years of fun playing with it!”
