“Although the delivery took a while the toy I purchased was worth the wait especially when the price was so good compared to other retailers. I made an error and thought I was missing parts so contacted the team at outdoor toys, their response was rapid and they were more than happy to help... I then however realised the error was on my part. Would definitely recommend.”

“So far so good, ordered a pre order for Xmas in sept. I wasn’t aware they done a Xmas warranty so messaged about and are happy to give me it this time. Parcel arrived as planned on pre order date. Haven’t opened yet but will do that this evening to check all ok.”

“Cannot write review on overall product as we had it delivered with an item missing. I wish this would have been clearly noted before ordering as my 4 year old daughter who has a processing disorder can't work out why we cannot put this up yet. I have spoken to a kind lady who said this will be arriving either today or early next week. That's fine but I wish i would have been notified about this as it caused some upset.”
