“You only really find out how good a company is when something is wrong. We had a breakage on a ride on car. Outdoor toys were brilliant and quick in rectifying the problem. Can’t thank them enough. I have a very happy 3 year old grandson Barry”

“Although the delivery took a while the toy I purchased was worth the wait especially when the price was so good compared to other retailers. I made an error and thought I was missing parts so contacted the team at outdoor toys, their response was rapid and they were more than happy to help... I then however realised the error was on my part. Would definitely recommend.”

“So far so good, ordered a pre order for Xmas in sept. I wasn’t aware they done a Xmas warranty so messaged about and are happy to give me it this time. Parcel arrived as planned on pre order date. Haven’t opened yet but will do that this evening to check all ok.”
