“I ordered a ride-on electric vehicle fro my son from RC Hobbies as it was cheaper, it took six weeks to send and I got it on December 23rd in the wrong colour. As it was a Christmas gift, I returned it, ordered the correct colour through you guys and it came within 24 hours, to the Lake District, during a pandemic. AmazIng customer service and I am very grateful. Well done to all involved involved as well as the courier company. Give everyone an end of year bonus!”

“Good quality and solid Swing and Slide set with fast delivery. My daughter loves it but 2 things stopped me giving it 5/5. 1) The wood was absolutely soaked and had swollen so much it wouldn’t fit into the A frame brackets. We had to shave them down and hammer them in with grease for them to fit. 2) The instructions are very generic and intended to cover every variant possible. This meant nothing was measured out so you had to work everything out yourself. This includes where every screw needed to go as pilot holes have to be drilled first, the height of the main platform and the spacing of the swings.”

“Great service. Our order arrived a day earlier than estimated. The trampoline was very straightforward to build, took around 2 hours for 2 people. Great quality, very sturdy and looks fantastic. Our kids love it.”

“The ride on tractor is excellent our 3 year old loves it. Easy to control with the parent remote control if needed to avoid crashing. There was a delay on the delivery due to current problems but Outdoor Toys communicated well and shipped with next day delivery as soon as it arrived with them.”
