They will not answer the phone 40minutes and still no answer a week if at all to respond to an email and if you need to return an item its at your expense ,a large or heavy item would cost in the hundreds . I woukd recommend to go elsewhere incase of any issues ,terrible service .

Do not order from this company. The order was not delivered in the time frame provided. When it was finally delivered, there was one of the deliveries missing. I spent 1/2 hour on the phone with Dx to find it was never delivered to Dx. I spent 3/4 waiting to get through to OutdoorToys. When I finally did the employee named Pete kindly help me identify the missing parts and promised me without fail they would be dispatched for Saturday morning delivery and even kindly confirmed this by email. This was on Friday 24th May. In the afternoon I responded to the email, and tried to call as I did not receive any confirmation from the next day delivery firm. - no response. I called and waited on hold for 1/2 hour - no response. I chased by email again - no reponse. This was the last of the communication. The missing part did not arrive on the Saturday as promised. I waited in all morning just in case. I have had to source my own supplies to finish the build. It was a birthday present for my 6 year old son. It was meant to be delivered one week before his birthday, it was partially delivered one week after his birthday. I had to build it at the weekend and finish with my own suppliers as he is distraught. There have been no responses to my follow-up emails. I write this review as I can see that the company is responding to these feedbacks in an attempt to get a response. I also write this review to warn others, as many other reviews have said - do not buy from this company. My apologies Outdoor Toys, these things happen but you need to sort out these issues as they happen and keep promises.

Incomplete delivery. I only received one piece of wood for a double swing. Customer service is appalling. I rang them 2 weeks ago and gave heard nothing.

THE WORST COMPANY TO BUY FROM, I order a swing/climbing frame set on 17h April. 14th May i received half an order. i have spent a total of 4.5 hours on the phone to be told on numerous occasions my missing parts were being dispatched that day....nothing has come, no tracking or anything. seems like these reviews are all similar. i wish i had known. Still no further forward with my missing parts. how on earth a company can run like this i have no idea.....STAY WELL CLEAR unless you want half an order!!!!

We ordered a toddler swing on April 29th for our grandson’s birthday on May 20th. We checked delivery times and ascertained that the item would arrive in plenty of time. We received a text and email from DX delivery on May 13th to say that the swing would be delivered that day. What actually arrived was the seat, fittings and crossbar. I contacted DX delivery who said they had no more items to deliver. I phoned Outdoor Toys and when I eventually got through, I was told they would immediately dispatch another set of upright poles with priority delivery and that they should arrive by the end of the week - a couple of days before the birthday. Sadly there was still no sign of the poles by my grandson’s birthday. I phoned Outdoor Toys again but gave up after spending 45 minutes on hold. I sent an email to which I’ve had no response other than to acknowledge receipt of my email. This morning, May 23rd, the upright poles arrived. We had no text or email giving us a delivery time but we discovered them on the drive when we went out late morning. We’re very glad that the poles have arrived, at last, but sadly my little grandson’s birthday has now been and the family returned home yesterday. Whether the missing upright poles was the fault of Outdoor Toys or DX delivery, I don’t know, but we’re extremely disappointed with the service we’ve had and won’t be ordering anything from Outdoor Toys in the future.

Having received no communication two weeks after placing my order I sat on hold with customer services for over 30 minutes before being told my order would be delivered the following week. It’s been delivered today with less than half of the order actually arriving so again I’m sat on hold with customer services for 35 minutes and counting!

Terrible customer service dont answer the phone car sent for xmas never worked have been trying since december to get replacement! Resolution team dont reply to emails worst customer service ever!

Product arrived incomplete, reading the reviews looks like the courier splits the job. Must be cost cutting but still waiting for the rest of the order and it’s been a week. Looks like it is lost, but impossible to know because the customer service is an endlessly repeating annoyingly cheery message telling you how good they are. Beg to differ.

Ordered a climbing frame which was almost 700 pounds. Had 5 packages over the next 3 weeks (two parts weren't even for the frame we'd ordered) we were supposed to receive 10. No answers to emails and an average of 37 minutes on hold on the 9 occasions I had to call them. I calculated that WHILST being on hold. Fed up with excuses, ordered them to pick up what I had and refund me which took another phone call 2 weeks after they'd picked it up. I've gone elsewhere.

4 Weeks after placing a order for the swing and slide set the item was finally delivered via 4 separate deliveries. I am shocked that the item was even sent in the condition it was received in. Every piece of wood had cracks straight down them which could potentially be very dangerous to any child using the item. I do not want to item anymore and have no trust in the company to send a replacement.

ordered a remote control ride on car, delivered as told but only half of delivery arrived and the car don't work at all. have sent email and received automated email asking not to send further emails to avoid being put at bottom of the list a week ago, tried to call numerous times, no answers on phones at all, waste of time and have a £180 toy that cant be played on

No delivery of order! Ordered >£600 worth of climbing frame 4 weeks ago, delivery time at point of purchase said 10-14 days. Got an email about delivery 5 days ago but all that was delivered was the anchor kit!! Tried calling multiple times but haven’t got through to any staff member, despite waiting for 45mins each time so have sent an email chasing my order but have had no reply!! A few pieces of wood have arrived a few days later but even the delivery driver questioned where the rest of the delivery was. Awful customer service and I still don’t know if I’m going to get my goods!!! Beware if thinking of ordering from this company

I ordered on 20th April . Called customer services after the 7 days . Spoke to Beth and it was dispatched the next day . Did take 4 days due to Bank Holiday . All pieces there and built up now . I was skeptical because if other reviews but happy with my purchase

I made an order 29th April and it was accepted . I chased the order on the 6th May (16.30) after spending 15mins on the phone and was promised delivery on 16th. I sent an email asking for an update on the 16th and have had no feedback. I have been holding on three occasions today in excess of 1 hour. I have now been holding for 40mins. I cannot get through. For a firm that boasts perfect products, great service and the best suppliers, this is very poor.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered a swing set, did not receive, sent an email requesting information, received an automated reply then nothing. Tried to call in a recorded loop for 9 minutes and 40 seconds line dropped off. Called again and sat in a loop for 15 minutes 3 seconds then line dropped off. Sent another email same automated reply. Went through my credit card company to get a refund, still waiting.

Not a great experience swingset arrived the day before our Grandaughters party with missing parts, delivery drivers comments ooh this happens everytime we don't pick them all up from the depo, we'll I think you may have ti think about changing your delivery company. When we assembled the swingset 2 metal parts had splits in them I contacted you over 2 weeks ago no response , rather shocking experience.

Don't to moaning normally ,but feel i have to tell somebody on how difficult it is to contact this company (Good job they have Internet otherwise they wouldn't get any business over the Phone) we purchased Rebo Wooden Swing (Which is £300 plus) on April 21st 24,it suggests 5-6 days delivery ,had a note after 7 days suggesting that the swing was going to be dispatched and it would arrive soon, nothing arrived so rang up on 8th may for update, took me 31 mins to get through, lady very pleasant and apologies and said that there had been an issue with this order and she would put it top priority and the date suggested was week starting 13th May, we had a delivery on the 14th May with just the swings but no wooden support frame ,I rang up again this time on hold for 36 mins ,again a very pleasant lady apologies and stating that its their delivery firm which is causing the problem and on many occasions split the load up so they don't know when items should arrive, I am hoping that when i do receive the full items that there is no issues as I dread to think if i need to contact somebody what will happen then, if you want to check story of events check my order No OT39339

Absolutely dreadful company. I ordered a product, not the most expensive £69.99, it has never arrived and I can't talk to anyone. Email says it might take over 3 weeks to get an answer, didn't happen. Tried on several occasions to call and ask why I hadn't received the product that was paid for and allegedly despatched on March 8th...today 14th May. Called both numbers on the website for over an hour each...no reply. I doubt this company actually exists anymore so what ever you do DON'T order anything or you will get a very sad and unhappy Granddaughter.
