“My partner left it very last minute to order our slide and swing for my daughter’s birthday thinking he’d be able to use the express delivery option. When it wasn’t available I spoke to a lady called Emma on live chat and she said to let her know the order number and she would mark it as priority. I ordered it on a Friday and it arrived first thing the following Thursday, we were really impressed. The quality of the slide and woodwork is great, it seems really sturdy and seems like it will last a good while! The only downside was that there were no pre-drilled holes but luckily my father in law is a pro at woodwork. It took him and his friend roughly a day to put it up.”

“We purchased a climbing tower for our 3 year old grandson and are delighted with it. Hours of fun and easy to assemble. A really solid piece of kit and lots of options to be creative inside the playhouse . Delivery was quick and they arrived on time.”

“I bought a Rebo 12ft Trampoline for my sons, I literally couldn’t be happier with it. Amazing. Easy to assemble, I did 90% on my own. Delivery was just as good, it took about 7 working days to be delivered, Lee the delivery driver was polite and friendly. So based on my experience with Outdoor toys I will be using again and hoping for the same service.”

“Product is great my nearly three year old absolutely loves it we opted for the lookout tower without the swing. Great value for money. great quality very happy with item, great quality wood, screws and Plastic items. The reason I scored a 4 and if it wasn’t for the great product and team it would be a lot lower Service when getting through to a team member was fantastic from the individual. However correspondence is minimal, 48hours of delivery notice not given. Delivery company wasn’t provided just dispatch so was unable to track until the team emailed me with company. Expect a order confirmation then nothing for 14 working days. Then just a dispatch. Disappointing considering you get more correspondence from a low value item from pretty little thing. Second downside and I was prepared for this one as had done my research and read a lot of reviews. So this isn’t a negative it’s a heads up to please prep yourself that the hour given for assembly is not true allow yourself a day if you are a novice or half a day if you are handy with a drill and tape measure. None of the wood is labelled, none is pre drilled (we was happy with this as sometimes pre drilled holes are rubbish) the instructions quite basic. Make sure you staple them together if there is a light wind 🙈😂. I did have to ask the delivery driver to bring items through to my garden he was fab and very courteous. More than happy to.”

“Really love the colour options! A great addition to our garden and we know years of fun will be had! I’d read that splitting/green would be normal but nothing major to report any way. Delivery did take a bit longer than stated (16 days) but totally worth it! Would order from this company again. The delivery driver was great too!”

“I was definitely impressed with the ease and help from this company. I ordered the Mercedes Benz lorry for my grandson with personal no. plates. The lorry arrived earlier than expected which was great but no number plates. After 1 email to them, they replied straight away and the said plates were posted to me straight away. They seem a very good company to deal with and I will certainly buy from them again. Many thanks to all the staff for making the ordering and delivery so easy.”

“This is my third review regarding a swing and slide set purchased for my granddaughter and I am pleased to say that unlike the two previous scathing reviews I can write in a more positive manner as all difficulties have been resolved, entirely due to Emma who is a shining example of what customer service should be - a real credit to the Company. She always went that bit further to ensure the matter was resolved to my complete satisfaction - if only more were like her, well done Emma and thanks.”

“Highly recommend placed order on tuesday spoke to customer services on Wednesday son's birthday on Sunday was willing to drive 2 hours to pick electric quad from their warehouse told not to bother it would be delivered in 24 hours arrived thursday morning driver helped bring quad inside house built it up works perfect good customer service 👏👍”
