“An excellent product. Reasonably priced. Excellent online service under lockdown. Order shipped within 5 days. Courier service could have been better if they just notified us of a delivery slot. They turned up early morning when we were out. The security camera made communication possible and I instructed the driver to leave the packages by the gate while I made my way in. The swing itself is excellent. Very sturdy and doesn’t need concreting. It would have been better to have the posts pre-drilled. Otherwise, a fair DIY experience is essential.”

“Good quality product Wood is good quality and the children love it only thing I would say is the swing didn’t come with any instruction. Putting the rest all together was not to bad Clear guidelines on what you need.”

“Really well made swing and baby seat for our 10 month old granddaughter. It’s very safe and secure and she and we absolutely love it ! I had a query when we first received it about connections on the back of the chair which I needed to contact the company about. I sent an email as this was the only means available due to coronavirus and amazingly I received a reply immediately followed by a little video demonstrating how things worked. Absolutely perfect and what excellent customer service ! Thank you Highly recommended”

“We ordered the summit 1200 trampoline. It's a great trampoline, very bouncy and a lovely looking trampoline, very sporty looking. My daughter loves it! Only critisim is the springs are quite creaky but hoping that improves with some oiling. Very straight forward ordering and arrived earlier than expected. Would definitely recommend this company and this trampoline.”

“Despite the Corona virus chaos, outdoor toys were great. The website was clear that delivery was going to be longer than normal and they estimated shipment dates, with the caveat that things could change. Our order was for a swing and slide set. It’s self assembly and the instructions are relatively easy to follow - could do with a few measurements for where to screw things precisely, but all in all we worked it out. We did have a missing bolt, but a quick email and once the customer service folks picked it, it was sorted and they sent the missing piece with a currier.”

“Some short delays with delivery (but understandable and anticipated due to COVID-19) and slight mix up in communication (told delay was due to being out of stock but then same day informed of dispatch). The product however is fantastic, easy to put together, essential tools/bits included and high quality fixings/materials! The children love and we’ve made several recommendations as people have admired the set!”
