“The A team of garden building! We are delighted with our Kai extension and it receives many admiring comments. It’s really improved family life. Huge thanks to Stuart, David, Teresa and all the team who are always on hand to help no matter the silly questions I ask. The job was done to precision organising and they even managed to source what we wanted in a pandemic so double clap. Everyone at outdoor group is super helpful and friendly to work with and they know their stuff. Thanks team for a wonderful job that has really made a huge difference to our home. If only outdoor building group did all building jobs....very competitively priced too. Pics to follow once finished decorating. 10 stars all round!”

“We are so thrilled with our 'Jacob' build from OBG! With a home schooled autistic daughter and a business which is run from home, this layout is perfect for our needs as we've split it between Office and Classroom. EVERY SINGLE team member (both construction and office) we had dealings with (including the owner, Stuart) went out their way to answer any questions/concerns that we had during the process. HUGE shout-out to Jamie and Cameron (Joiners), for constructing our special place and special mention to Jamie (Electrician) for his care and attention during the build and for some fantastic after-sales service...TOP NOTCH! The groundwork team were a great bunch of guys and their attention to detail was first class! Any after build 'snags' have been dealt with immediately. This build means so much for our family (especially in the midst of a global pandemic) and we know we made the right choice by going with OBG! Thanks guys!”

“I'm extremely dissatisfied with the poor customer service. I placed an order in October, paid the deposit and was told someone would be in touch to survey the work within 5 weeks. I fully understood at the time the impact of Covid19 so was patient, but it's ow nearly 3months and I've had no correspondence or contact from anyone to let me know when this survey is to be carried out, let alone when the work will finally start? I've had to chase either by email or phone and keep getting told someone will be in touch but still nothing. I'm now feeling very disheartened and beginning to believe the work I ordered will never be done and my deposit ultimately lost. Really poor customer service?”

Hi Janice, Sorry to hear of your poor feedback however due to the what can feel like daily changes from Scottish government guidelines, where slowly working through our work load. I ask for you to be patient within this strange times as the sooner you do your job the sooner your happy and we make money :) All companies in the country will be similar Be in touch soon

“From initial contact to completion of our build, we were impressed with OBG. We dealt with Stuart initially and then Stephen. Very high quality of materials used and the boys were very hard working. All in all a pleasant experience. Definitely would recommend. We will be back to get our garden finished off, garage works and our driveway improved. Thanks again.”

“Extremely happy with the finished product. The whole team were very professional and the quality of the finish is top-notch. I now have a fully equipped gym and relaxation area/office, when required, and a large patio area for my boys basketball practice - lockdown ready! Any snagging has been addressed quickly and without a fuss. Highly recommend Stuart and his team at the Outdoor Building Group.”

“On meeting the team it was immediately apparent to me that they take meticulous pride in every detail of their work. In an industry full of unscrupulous characters, the Outdoor building group filled me with confidence from day one. I can hand them the keys to a property and trust them to get on with the job and look after it as if it was their own. I highly recommend anyone to view their showroom which shows the quality of their work and you will leave with lots of ideas. I look forward to working with them on projects in the future and know they have the ability to deliver any project I can imagine.”

“Absolutely love our new room. Can't fault the company at all. We were slow to start off our project because we are in the middle of a pandemic and they have a lot of work on. But when the build gets going its amazing to see the transformation. Everyone who has been at our home has been polite and I had complete faith in them all they knew exactly what they were doing. I cant believe how hassle free the build was. Thanks again OBG”

“We used this company to build an extension. During the build we were living abroad, so we were initially concerned about how to manage a big project like this from a distance. Outdoor building group team of experts took all that headache away. Every member of the company has been polite, professional and very easy to talk to from start to finish . And more importantly , they know what they’re doing! We are delighted with our new home (which has turned out so much better than the original design) and are now enjoying the next stage of dressing it beautifully using the help of their wonderful interior designer claire.. Would use them again without a second thought!”

“Campbell and all of the guys at the outdoor building group are fantastic.... completed my garden annexe for my mother and was better than ever imagined. Project managed perfectly from start to finish. Barry works closely with his clients and makes the whole experience very easy. Completed within a time frame and very reasonably priced. i would recommend it to all. Guys were very clean and very professional. Very little mess and the place was spotless when guys finished up for the day. I cannot praise these guys enough as I am over the moon with how my build has turned out!!”

“Outdoor building group were recommended to us by some good friends who develop properties regularly. After just one visit to their showsite and hearing our ideas for our garden project, Alfred was able to provide us with a good price and best/worst case timeline for the work.We were already feeling positive at this point but when he and his team started work soon after was the point we became very pleased with our choice, and on completion: completely delighted!The team wasted absolutely no time in prepping our home for the project,Fast forward 5 weeks and our project was complete and our living space completely transformed! Susan in the office communicated clearly and regularly what was happening, what we would need to order and for when. He and his team delivered the project faster than the timeframe originally estimated and to a high standard. They weren't just easy to deal with, but a real pleasure.We love our new garden room , landscaping & porch would say I will use them for any further renovations without looking elsewhere again. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this team to anyone that asked, and already have!Thanks again to all the team who worked on our project!”

“It took just 3 weeks for them to complete our new garden office. We were amazed by their work and most importantly they maintained all covid protocols too. So a very big thumbs up to them. Oh! You are most welcome to see our new office in Hamilton. Take care and god bless.”
