“OBG completed our single storey extension and internal work recently. The difference of the work has made our house into a home. Not many companies would consider a single storey extension to a terraced house but OBG rose to the challenge. We were guided and listened to. We had no stress of organising tradesmen as OBG have their own. Living in the house with a young family whilst the work was getting completed was a bit daunting however the tradesmen were nothing but jolly gents, very considerate, always tidying before they left that day and very trustworthy. The completion of the work was to a very high standard. I would definitely recommend OBG they go the extra mile!”

“Outdoor Building Group recently completed the build of our detached garden room. From the planning stage to completion the process was very straightforward. Timeline was set, and all went to plan very well. We were very impressed with the workmanship of the construction staff and their hard work during the construction phase. Delighted with the job overall. Big thanks to Stuart, Mark and all the team at OBG. Would recommend OBG for anyone considering a similar project.”

“We had an amazing experience with OBG. We needed a space that worked for our family and the minute we spoke to the guys at OBG they just got it. They designed everything exactly as my mum wanted and gave helpful suggestions to improve the space. Our journey continued to get better when the team arrived on site, they worked restlessly to ensure a quick and efficient job was done and my mums new home was ready as soon as it could be. Would definitely recommend to anybody that is looking to have anything done.”

“As soon as we spoke to Stuart at obg we pretty much knew we wanted to use them. Right from the start you could tell these guys knew they're stuff and were full of knowledge to get things in place that we hadn't even thought of! We designed everything in house. From planning, flooring, wetroom to kitchen. We had to adapt our home for my disability as I could no longer manage the stairs to my bedroom and bathroom. We added an extension and redesigned the whole downstairs layout which was a big job. I now have everything I need on one level and do not need to struggle with the stairs. The finish to our renovation is more than what we could have wished for, we absolutely love it. The guys working on our job were fantastic, even my neighbours liked them. They were courteous, helpful and extremely tidy during the build.”

“From sales and finalisation of the our conservatory rebuild job, through the build and clear-up, OBG was fantastic to deal with. “Thanks for my new garden office! The team at OBG did a great job working within a very tight timeline and on a tricky site to deliver my building on time and budget. Trades all arrived when they were due and worked with a good attitude to help move things forward. I would have no hesitation in using OBG again for a similar project should the need arise.”

“We chose the Caden design for our garden room, which was perfect for us. This garden room is to give us an outdoor but indoor space to host evenings and relax in. The initial consultation gave us great confidence in the company and the level of service we would receive. Each step of the project was straight forward with each team of workpeople arriving onsite on time and with a great working attitude, particularly the electrician, Jamie. He was friendly and very respectful of our home as he had to complete part of his work within the house. The overall finish of the garden room is more than we expected and we are looking forward to using it all year round.”

“We were delighted with the quality and speed of the work on our outdoor build. The team cover all of the jobs in-house and so they sorted the electric and internet as part of the build. We were so pleased with the quality of the finish and attitude of the workers that we decided to stick with them for the landscaping work and so they returned to add a path. From start until finish this has been a very easy process with a highly responsive and clearly highly skilled team, you'll be in good hands with OBG.”

“Garden room installed in an excellent manner. From the first conversation through to completion it was an easy process and kept up to date at all times. Thing that sealed the deal for me was the fact that OBG did everything themselves, including connecting power and internet to your house. So many other companies just deliver the actual garden room and leave you to sort the rest out yourself, costing you extra. Quality of the finish is top notch and over the moon with the whole process. From start to finish and the ability to customise any elements for your needs was a dream process. Would absolutely recommend OBG to anyone and I am even getting them back out to landscape the garden!”

“I had a granny annexe built at bottom of garden OBG did an excellent job. They did everything from the planning to the completion of the build all the tradsmen who came where very pleasant and well mannered professionals they all tidied up after them selves. Charlene in the office kept me well informed with who was coming and when. Any snagging we had was fixed immediately. I would highly recommend OBG I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.”

“I had a extension/ summer house built and completed earlier this year. I cannot complain about the builders but am dissatisfied by the non service received since the built was finished. I have have contacted the office regularly and spoke to at least 3 people who have all insured me that things that have not been completed will be sorted asap. I have waited over 7 months now for full completion so I can get a building warrant. I am now having to involve Trading Standards”

Hi Lynda, We are very disappointed to received this 1st star review due to building warrant delaying your completion certificate. We aren’t in control of the council and as you have said we have built yourself a stunning home extension. We would like to add to this review that you also are fully aware ALL drawings, designs & time dealing with the local council you haven’t been charged for. Any local architect would have charged you around £2,000 for their time. We will continue to chase the council, but giving a one star review is very poor. Sorry but just being honest. Always 2 sides to every story
