“Special Shoutout to Moh over the WhatsApp Customer Service Chat. Outstanding service throughout. Went the extra mile to get me the shoe I wanted for my wedding even though it was sold out and even when the previous orders didn’t fit, he was quick to organise a return and get another pair out to me straight away. The shoes are as quality as the service I received. Really pleased with how the shoes look and can’t wait to wear them again. A big thank you to Moh and the team for getting me sorted.”

“Ordered footwear and was told a few days later that this was out of stock. I was told I'd be waiting 3 weeks for the next stock to arrive and a note would be put on my account to ensure delivery. I've not reached the three week mark yet so I will have to wait and see. Despite this it should be advertised as out of stock on the website if it is not in stock. The company needs to improve it's inventory procedures as customers who are not as patient as I am will demand refunds and leave poor reviews which could be avoided.”
