“I have been using the Hydrogen Duo for the last 3 years just before Covid. As a trained Homoeopathic and Bioresonance practitioner I was interested in the benefits. I was on a webinar with some reputable doctors, just after purchasing mine from Osmio, who actually spoke highly about Hydrowater. I feel like it provides me with vitality and beautiful skin. Boundless energy and great health. I always recommend it to my clients too. Service is always excellent and the team are always on hand to answer questions. Delivery is super fast. “I think so much about Osmio is first-class. However, I cannot understand why you do not include setting up instructions and explanatory video with each water filter. Even with help from your very pleasant advisers, I am still uneasy about whether I installed it correctly. The tap goes skewiff, sometimes. I have one washer left over. All very mystifying.”

“Slight problem with a Hydrogen Duo bottle bought from another source. I bought a new battery from Osmio and they asked me to send the battery part of the bottle back to fit it. I didn't expect this but once I got over the initial shock, was very happy. They also emailed a prepaid postage label. They fitted a new battery and checked it, dealt with a slight fault, kept me up to date and redelivered in all in about 3 days. It's the most organised and pain free , product issue, with a company, I've ever had to deal with. Super happy and impressed!!!”

“I bought the Osmio gravity-fed water filter and I am very happy with it. The water actually tastes nice, which wasn't the case with my previous Zero Water filter. The customer service was also excellent. The only thing that annoyed me is that they don't provide written instructions as to how to put it together, just a QR code (my phone doesn't like those and neither do I). It didn't seem too complicated so I just winged it and so far it hasn't leaked. It is quite big but well-built and looks good on the kitchen worksurface.”
