“I purchased this water filtering system six months ago and have enjoyed having water of various temperatures at the press of a button - no more noisy kettle! When the filters needed replacing I wanted advice and the customer service team could not have been more helpful and informative. Delivery of my order was also swift and efficient. For all these reasons Osmio gets a 5-star rating from me.”

“Some novel taste at first, then normal, it’s a lot more pure than drinking tap water. Follow the steps and flush out 2-3 times water completely before first use. Highly recommend”

“This was bought for me as a present from my son, after about just 6 months of use the heater unit stopped working and the attempts to purchase a replacement heater unit came to nothing, considering the cost of the machine I would expect spare parts to be readily available. You said we needed to return the whole machine, the cost of returning this would have been beyond what we could afford being we are on a state pension. We now use this just as a cold water filter, we have heard others complaining about the faulty heater units so because of this we rate it low, which is a shame because otherwise it is a well made functional unit....Mary Jackson”
