“Had a problem with my Osmio Zero. Called Osmio and was quickly assisted by Sam. Ended up needing a new heating element which was supplied the next day. Fitted myself thanks to the detailed instruction video supplied by Osmio. All back working again - brilliant service as always!”

“Many thanks for exceptional customer service! :) I have asked many product questions and have always received quick and helpful responses, and recently my hydrogen water bottle developed a leak (it has served as my sole water supply for 2 years now!) and throughout the repair process the service was prompt, helpful, friendly and courteous. I'm a very satisfied customer and can highly recommend Osmio Water”

“The water always tasted bad with chemicals taste for the first whole month of using new filters. After one year of using the machine, i have emptied it and stopped to use it for 2 months, then i have sanitised it properly, changed new filters - and for 3 weeks in a row i am drinking a water with the mold and plastic taste - its too expensive machine and filters to have so much issues with it - not recommended”

“I needed a spare part for a leaking mixer tap bought several years ago. Luckily I had kept the invoice and contacted them directly for advice. They were so helpful and asked me to send a picture of where the leak was coming from. The replacement parts were suggested and I ordered them immediatly. They arrive after a couple of days and I was able to fix the problem without any difficulty. Their service to me, despite such a small order was exceptional and I thank them for their courtesy, advice and excellent efficiency. Certainly a pleasure to deal with. Many thanks”

“Very happy with the Vit C shower filters. My husbands breathing was affected everytime he had a shower I suspected this was because of the chlorine so I bought the Vit C shower filter for electric showers and his breathing is fine now after a shower, I also noticed an improvment in our skin more colour and healthier looking. Osmio provide excellent service and top class products.”

“We are having a problem with the Osmio water filter machine, it does not filter and gives a replace water warning even though the water container is full. I thought the problem was related to the filters and changed the filters, but the problem was not solved. I would be happy if you could help us with what to do.”

“I read the reviews on youtube of the Osmio Zero and was impressed. I ordered the next day, delivered and working the next day. Speady delivery, easy set up. The water produced is amazing. The hot water makes a wicked cup of tea. I am absolutley over the moon with my new Osmio Zero, I woud recommend to everyone to get one. I also feel better after a few days of using the zero in all cooking and drinking.”
