“I bought a 500 hour service for my Osmio infinity water machine. After sending it to Osmio in good condition and properly packed up in its original box and packing I was shocked when they contacted me to let me know that the service had been completed but that they had noted it was damaged. They enclosed photographs of this damage which included dents to the casing and also large scratches with paint missing. I was furious but after speaking with them on the phone the damaged outer casing was replaced. When I received it back from them the machine was in good order and I could also tell that it had been given a thorough service, so in the end I was very satisfied with the service I received, thank you.”

“Fabulous. Just what I wanted, & more. Thank you for this marvellous little machine. I dithered about buying one for a year, worried it would be complicated to run. Far from it, maintenance looks simple enough from the videos I’ve watched. Plus I know il get help if I ever need to call. Knowing the family is drinking such pure water, is amazing. In short: over the moon with it, thanks again :)”

“I purchased a new Osmio Zero machine a couple of years ago, and am very pleased with the product. I have now purchased a 2nd unit as a spare incase of any issues, this is a used grade C machine, I was told that it would have minor cosmetic wear, it looks new! Very pleased with the products and service.”

“I love my Osmio Genesis Hydrogen Water Bottle. I watched the utube video mark did which was very helpful https://youtu.be/TCvdwx2kXBw?si=uH86u8gwLGm-ubVn Reminded me why I invested in it. I use water from my osmio zero gravity water filter, not sure how often I should clean my bottle, I wasn’t sure if it’s just the bottle I clean or if the filter needed to be cleaned somehow too. Either way I’m on day 2 and loving it, I even set an alarm to drink ⭐️”
