“Overall very pleased with my Osmio Zero reverse osmosis system. Produces hot water to three different temperatures very quickly. Only downside is the amount of waste water which is around 1.5 litres per 5 litres of tap water. Quite noisy too. Quality product well made. Delivery was very efficient.”

“Our water supplier do not provide details how they threat tap water and recently I've started discovering how bad it smells. I was looking for countertop water filter that would not require instalation ideally with hot water function. No major/international brands are selling RO filters, prices are high and Osmio is one of cheepest on market. Device it self is ok. Water doesn't smell now so all good! Filling a cup of hot water takes ~30 sec. Standard sodastream bottle can't fit under nozzle so you have to hold it for like 90sec.”

“I ordered the Travel Berkey water purification system on the Friday, dispatched on Saturday, delivered on Monday. Product came in immaculate condition and as specified. I am beyond elated with the whole service from beginning to end. I would highly recommend Osmio Water.”

“Just to say we purchased a Tri flow and although we had a slight problem with the smaller tap (for the mains water) working loose the way this was dealt with was great. Firstly Osmio made a couple of suggestions and sent a video showing what to do. Secondly when this unfortunately didn't do the trick a replacement part was sent out next day without any quibble and that has done the job. Sometimes problems arise with a product but how the complaint gets handled is the mark of a company. Osimo handled it brilliantly.”

“I think the hydroxy gas and water machine is marvellous, unfortunately I could download the instruction manual from their website and was working blind until I found the one on George Wiseman's website which is very comprehensive and easy to read. Osmio very responsive and immediate deliveries and communication methods. Altogether very pleased, could do with another.”
