“Aware of the extreme pollution of the UK's waterways, it's logical to avoid buying bottled water which only adds to plastic pollution. Pure Pro filters are a perfect solution and convenient. If I could install the reverse osmosis system I would have. I took a liter back six years ago to the Hygiene Institute of Geneva where I used to live. They concluded that the water provided by Wessex Water was, and still is, improper for human consumption. The standard in Switzerland is very high. To be repeated with filtered water.”

“bought a replacement filter set for my Osmio Zero - easy to order, and dispatched quickly. Wasnt that well packed, and it is a shame the company dont offer a recycling scheme for their filter pack.”

“There is no way to know how much of the product is left so can't be sure when to replace the filters. A transparent container would help”

“I put the new filters in the machine worked for a very short time then the machine blow up so now I have new filters and ones i just put in but no machine that works a waste of over £400 as the machine now doesn’t work and I have a spare set of filters that I now don’t need so do I send the machine back and say I only had it 4 months before it blows itself up on the inside so seems cheaply made machine too me and so probably not worth replacing”

“Had an Osmio PRO-III-XL Ultimate Whole House Water Filter System fitted 2 years ago with an Osmio MaxiSoft Non-Salt Softener 1" BSPP Female - 90 LPM. It has performed very well for us and has been installed really well by our local plumber at the mains source in our garage (by the laundry). It works well and they have been quick to provide support when needed - like how do you know with is a GAC/KDF filter and which is the Active Ceramics as they are both in similar canisters. It would be good if they did it a different colour or has an imprint on it which it was. Putting that aside no issue. The 3 Year Active Ceramics cartridge replacement is the steepest cost you have. Would be great of they got that to a sub GBP200 level. Other than that good support and help and so far product has stood up to 2 years of use. in a 4 Bed / 4 Bath townhome.”
