“It came well presented and packaged. I also purchased a hydrogen tester. During testing g of 3 different types of water, the best it would come up with after the 6.30 cycle was 480. A little disappointing as the online manual says it produces over 1100 ppm . Can you advise ? Kind regards Julian”

“Very disappointing that the "requires maintenance" button is still flashing after replacing the filters. Cartridges are expensive. Lots of water gets wasted on every fill up.”

“Tested the hydrogen content of the water straight out of the box. Super soft tap water in North Scotland. Got 13 drops in before solid blue. Waiting to test with distilled. Very happy so far.”

“I was not informed there would be a delay on dispatch and delivery when ordering replacement filters. Furthermore, on attempting to change the filters, and sanitize the system, the instructions I had, from the download of the manual, on originally purchasing the Fusion, was, by far, inadequate, and inaccurate. I only discovered an updated version existed when I called the technical line regarding the inadequacies and inaccuracies. In future, if or when you update your product manuals, it would be considerate of you to inform your customers of this occurrence. Thank you.”

“Arrived well packed, and on time. The difference is phenomenal. I wanted something to clean up my tap water, get rid of the plethora of chemicals added by the government legislation. It does that perfectly, no chlorine, no fluoride, just pure sweet tasting water. I shall use this till the government make them illegal, as they don't like us to have a choice or think freely. I was impressed with the customer service, they initially were using DPD to deliver it, but they are terrible, so I asked them to change courier, they did and used APC.Delivery was perfect 👌 Highly recommend the Osmio Zero.”

“I normally have an excellent service from yourselves but unfortunately the recent order was incomplete. I rang and left a message and a lady called me back, I explained that the order was incomplete but was asked to take some pictures of thee parcel and send them to you, I am STILL awaiting for the missing filter.”

“I was very excited to receive my new water filter system and gear to get it set up … I still haven’t been able to set it up and use as the bung I need to shut off one of the filter holes doesn’t come with the system . I live alone and It is recommended to only use one of the filters so I was shocked that I then had to order them off you separately at a cost of £6 for two . Ok I thought …a bit steep and should have really been supplied … but then you want to charge me £6 to post two tiny bungs that if I had known I would have put it on my order . I messaged the company to explain my disappointment … only to be told oh well the bungs tend to smell anyway ??? I Re-explained that I needed them as per instructions and was told well your welcome to buy one …. Again missing my point of cost of postage and the fact it should be included .. so I’ve ordered one from eBay for just over a pound . So buyer be aware if only I one person house hold . Can’t comment yet on quantity of water but the glass and mango wood look smart .”
