“I had a problem with a missing part for a product I had bought via a retailer, who didn't help, so contacted Osmio directly. Absolutely fantastic service, missing part received very promptly. Unusual to find this level of service today.”

“We had problems fitting the system. It took a plumber over 2.5 hours to connect the tap to the filters and he had to solder new pipes and buy some new attachments. One being a pressure value to stop the pressure building up. I wish we had known this before we had bought it.”

“Despite an IT glitch over the weekend the Osmio team looked after my query promptly. By Tuesday a manual order has been placed on the webpage and I was able to make a payment. By Wednesday the item had arrived. As far as the product itself is concerned it "does what it says on the tin" - so no further comment is required. I shall continue to use Osmio to purchase products and to service equipment. Simon”

“We have been buying bottled water for the past few years as our water is so bad, it has so much chlorine in it. When you run a bath it smells like a swimming pool. The Osmio water filter system was recommended to us. It’s amazing the water tastes so good, no more chlorine! The device is so easy to use and quick to dispense water. It also looks fantastic and doesn’t take up much room. Thank you Osmio.”
