“The filters need replacing frequently which makes usage expensive. A replacement part was supplied FOC when a T joint malfunctioned. The corrective process took some time to resolve however as a result I have become familiar with uncoupling and recoupling pipe joints. Now the system is working again - without leaks.”

“I have been using Osmio Zero RO Countertop system for one and a half years. Good product and helpful customer serivce. I bought it for replacing my Japanese water boiler and warmer that I had used for almost 10 years. Not only I can get hot, warm and cold filtered water conveniently, I no longer need to spend time on removing limescale in the thermal container. I hesitated when deciding to buy this machine at first as the filters seemed a bit expensive. But, I'm glad to have this machine in my kitchen as I couldn't find any alternative which gives me this kind of convenience and quality.”

“Unfortunately my machine has been giving me troubles. To use only once I have to left the back lid and wait 5 mins for the water to filter. Filling up a bottle takes 15 minutes and I’ve just had a baby so it’s been very difficult. My machine is under warranty and I’ve emailed the company about the issue and they are very slow at replying to my emails. I need a resolve asap but their customer service doesn’t seem very efficient.”
