“Excellent service! After several years of using the Osmio Zero 2.0 Reverse Osmosis System (Black), which I consider the best money spent, something had broken. The Osmio Consumer Services provided me with all the necessary information on how I can repair it myself and even offered a home service. I chose the option of repairing it myself, the video instructions were so understandable that I managed it without any problems. I am not an engineer by education; I am just a middle-aged woman looking for savings and would like to contribute to environmental protection. I replaced the pump supplied by Osmio myself, which I am very pleased with and only cost me £60. The Osmio company made a great impression on me. I wish there were more such companies. Five stars from me and I must admit that I am quite picky in my ratings. Thank you for a great product and excellent service Osmio.”

“The Reverse Osmosis filter is very good and we hjave had over two yeatrs of trouble free use. The only issues that we have had are: (i) mould in the supply tank and (ii) no automatic filter renewal notice.”

“I had actually bought another hydrogen bottle from another company but comparing their web site/information to Osmio I knew I had made a big mistake. It was from a UK company but posted from China. I watched YouTube info on Osmio and immediately bought one and was delivered the next day. The quality and size of the bottle is perfect. I distill my own water first to use in this and then add trace mineral drops to my normal glasses of water. This will be part of my health regime. I’m very happy indeed with this product and will see how things go but hydrogen water seems very convincing for improved health.”

“Efficient service. Water filter excellent. Couple of issues with triflow tap though.. (1) instructions mention an adapter for filtered water connector but nothing in box! (2) filtered water connector had some weird 12mm screw fitting rather than standard fittings that you expect on a flexible tap connector - had to replace the flexi tap connector which is irritating! Hot and cold flexi connectors were as expected so why on the filtered water different? Actual water filter had normal pushfit connectors - excellent!”

“I emailed Osmio asking for some technical advice and following their reply I purchased several items. Everything was instant from that moment. Shipped same day, paperwork/invoice received, delivery information provided with updates every step of the way. Amazed at how efficient the entire process was and was pleasantly surprised and pleased with communication! How ALL online purchases should be. So, to summarise, Osmio are a company that cares.”

“Ordered replacement filters for our ecosoft system. I had a problem with the pressure which I thought was the pump going faulty but a response back advised me to check the pressure on our tank. Problem solved thank you so much saved us having an engineer call out for a simple fix with a bike pump. Great service”
